Return & Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at juliana.soboleva@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. You can use the self-serve return request from your order confirmation, or email us directly.

Exemption for Personalised & Made-to-Order Works

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If your order was produced specifically for you (for example, a custom size, bespoke artwork, or personalised print), it is exempt from the standard return right. We will always make clear at the point of purchase whether an item is personalised.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and dispatched. Once your order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Returning an Item

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
